- Digital Courses & Recorded Programs
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not applicable once:
- Course access has been granted
- Course materials have been downloaded
- Recorded sessions have been viewed
- Certificates have been issued
However, exceptions may be considered in genuine cases at our sole discretion.
- Duplicate Payment
If you are charged more than once for the same course due to technical or payment issues, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.
- Course Cancellation by PharmaULearn
If a course or training program is canceled by PharmaULearn, learners may receive:
- Full refund, or
- Option to transfer enrollment to another batch/course
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:

- Poor internet/device compatibility on learner side
